Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for services, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- HIV-positive diagnosis
- Very low income or less (proof of income required)
- Sobriety for 3–6 months minimum (or active enrollment in a recovery program)
- Willingness to adhere to program rules and physician’s orders
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
Service Limitations:
Due to program and facility constraints, we are unable to accommodate:
- Residents with cars or pets
- Households unable to facilitate their activities of daily living
- High psychiatric needs (e.g., 5150 hold in the past year)
- Severe wandering or fall risks
- Use of IV medications
Cars and Pets are often allowed but dependent on proper insurance & compliance, available space, and understanding of program's expectations. Please disclose if you have a car/pet during the intake process so that we can accommodate those to the best of our ability.
