Veronica began going beyond her role and assisting residents with appointment scheduling and eventually advocated to begin offering transportation to appointments. Because of her passion and advocacy, we created a new role for her, Care Coordinator. Veronica also enjoys helping with resident outings as she is available. Veronica moved here in June of 1997 from East Chicago, Indiana.
